What's better than one quilt tour a year? TWO quilt tours a year! This year, the Getaway Vacations team is thrilled to launch our newest tour to take in the Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show and we want you to join us! If you're not familiar with the show and what it entails, read on!

This annual quilt show is held in Sisters, Oregon, a small town in the central part of the state. The show has been held annually since 1975, and it has become one of the premier quilt shows in the country, attracting visitors from all over the world.

The Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show was started by a group of quilters in the Sisters community who wanted to share their love of quilting with others. The show started out small, with just a few dozen quilts displayed on the lawn of the Sisters Grade School. Over the years, it has grown in size and popularity, and it now attracts more than 500 quilts and thousands of visitors each year.

This show is a fantastic event for anyone who loves quilts or is interested in quilting. The show features a wide variety of quilts, including traditional and modern styles, and it attracts quilters of all skill levels. In addition to the quilts, the show also includes a variety of other activities and events, such as quilt talks and demonstrations, vendor booths, and food and drink options.

Whether you're an experienced quilter or just starting out, you'll find something to enjoy at the show. Bring friends or come as a single and make friends along the way!
